We believe the PCAA has accepted our invitation to join the fine league of nations that care more for people than for money.
In order to make our Pact a more formidable bloc, a new resolution is being proposed to add a mutual protection clause to the Pact. The exact text is:
"All high contracting powers of the New Warsaw Pact shall act to defend the integrity of the Pact. To this effect, should any Warsaw Pact member nation come under military attack or threat of military attack, that nation shall immediately gain the military and diplomatic support of all Warsaw Pact nations against the capitalist agressor. Should a Warsaw Pact nation be the agressor in a crusade of socialism, then the Warsaw Pact Executive Council shall vote whether or not to place military and diplomatic support behind the member nation's cause."
Voting is mandatory, though a nation may abstain. Voting is due Sunday.

The Toukyou-3 weblog maintenance staff (i.e. me) will likely be away from a computer until Sunday. If there are any issues, they will have to wait until then. And if anybody breaks anything, bad things will happen when I get back, so don't.
Thank you.

A new UN resolution, proposing to ban biological weapons, has been proposed at the UN. Does the Dominion support or oppose this resolution?
Adrien Foucet
Ambassador to the Dominion
By a vote of 3 in favor and 3 no-votes, the PCAA has been invited to join the Dominion. The PRRP is disturbed that half our our Pact chose not to vote on this issue despite ample time. We are awaiting the PCAA's acceptance of our invitation.
As the PRRP sees it, the next step in strengthening the the WP is to become more united. Perhaps trade agreements or mutual protection pacts would be in order. We invite any interested nations to post resolutions or send them to the Executive Office at WP headquarters.
